Job description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting school-aged learners through innovative teletherapy solutions. As an SLP working remotely 3 to 4 days per week, you'll empower students to reach critical communication and academic milestones. Immediate start dates mean you can make a difference right away.
Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Active state licensure suitable for school-based practice
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital recordkeeping
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging VOCO teletherapy sessions to K-12 students, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
  • Conduct virtual assessments, document progress, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student's goals
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations and school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development initiatives as needed
  • Provide consultative support to educational staff and families via virtual platforms
