What You'll Be Doing
- Source and acquire new and pre-owned vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, private sellers, and other acquisition channels
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing fluctuations, vehicle values, and consumer demand to support strategic purchasing decisions
- Analyze inventory needs and market data to identify acquisition opportunities
- Inspect and evaluate vehicle condition to ensure purchases meet dealership quality standards
- Negotiate pricing and terms with sellers to secure cost-effective vehicle acquisitions
- Coordinate with inventory management and sales team to ensure seamless integration of acquired vehicles into inventory systems
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vehicle purchases and acquisitions
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sellers, and industry partners
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
