Job Description

Bitdeer Inc. is seeking a local candidate an accomplished Project Manager (ideally with electrical focus) to focus on the company's Clarington, Ohio datacenter project. You will work with existing Project Managers, responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to final execution, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have background in both construction management and electrical engineering. This role reports to the General Manager of the US Datacenter Business and requires close collaboration with our global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead project planning by defining scope, developing detailed schedules, and establishing budgets in collaboration with clients, engineers, and executive leadership.
  • Contractor Management: Manage the full contractor lifecycle, including selection, contract negotiation, and on-site supervision to ensure all work adheres to quality standards and design specifications.
  • Budget & Schedule Oversight: Proactively mitigate project risksincluding budget deviations, schedule delays, and on-site emergencieswhile ensuring all safety standards and compliance codes are strictly met.
  • Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular project velocity updates and financial budget reports to internal cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Operational Agility: Perform other related project and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Technical Domain Expertise: Solid electrical background with hands-on experience in medium- and low-voltage power supply and distribution systems.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
