Role Overview

We are seeking an expert SAP SuccessFactors System Analyst to support sustainment and ongoing project initiatives. This role will focus primarily on the implementation and adjustment of Employee Central modules, including Employee Central Benefits and Onboarding.

The successful candidate will be encouraged to quickly ramp up within an active project environment, work independently with minimal direction, and contribute to configuration, testing, issue resolution, and implementation activities. The ideal individual is expected to be comfortable supporting both project delivery and production sustainment while managing competing priorities.


This is an initial 6-month contract to start with strong possibility of extension based on program needs.

Responsibilities

  • Be a Courageous Safety Leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
  • Configure and maintain the Employee Central module within SAP SuccessFactors based on business requirements.
  • Configure and support the Benefits module in Employee Central as well as SuccessFactors Onboarding.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend system configuration solutions.
  • Identify and fix configuration issues while performing root cause analysis.
  • Support system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Prepare and maintain configuration documentation and project-related work.
  • Collaborate with internal People Systems team, business collaborators and vendors.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization, production support, and continuous project activities.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solutions.
  • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience.
  • Hands-on SuccessFactors Onboarding experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and fix skills.
  • Experience supporting quality assurance, issue resolution, and implementation activities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment with little oversight.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

  • Practical experience configuring Employee Central Benefits.
  • Experience supporting global Employee Central implementations.
  • Experience configuring Business Rules, MDF Objects, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Picklists, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
  • Experience working within large enterprise organizations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is considered an asset.

Pay Range:

The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
