Job Description
Opportunity at a Glance
The primary purpose of this position is ensure all clinical affiliations are executed according to documented SOP's and facility requirements including clinical rotation information are documented in Clinical Learning Management System and campus binders to ensure compliance with clinical partners and accreditation bodies and aide in the student clinical learning process.
Responsibilities
  • Manages affiliation agreement process from initiation of contract through full execution in accordance with established policy and procedures. This includes working with all stakeholders including Clinical Partners, Covista Legal, Director of Strategic Alliances, Clinical Coordination, Managers of Clinical Relations and Compliance, Market and Clinical Development teams, MSN Practicum Coordinator and Options Managers to ensure compliance with clinical partners and accreditation.
  • Analyzes contract management needs, communicates/negotiates where appropriate with Contractual Partner, Covista Legal, Director of Clinical Learning Resource, MSN Practicum, Options Managers and Manager of Clinical Compliance. Documents all communication.
  • Facilitates and communicates to all internal stake holders in a timely manner to accomplish fully executed contracts and renewals, documents accurately all relevant data as it relates to the contractual relationship in Clinical Learning Management System.
  • Optimizes reporting capabilities for the purpose of providing contract/partner detail information for decision making, accreditation, clinical partner compliance, leadership decision making, clinical coordination and contract management metrics.
  • Conducts contract audits for the purpose of compliance with clinical partners, tracks contracts and facilitation of renewal process.
  • System administrator for SFDC which includes providing training and system support to all Chamberlain University users.
  • Ensures all stakeholders receive training on reporting capabilities for the purpose of facilitating student clinical experience.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Medical background helpful but not necessary, experience with contracts Preferred and
  • Experience with developing training materials and conducting training. Required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in use of database systems specifically SFDC database experience a plus, familiar with variety of system applications.
  • Detail orientated; exhibits problem-solving skills.
  • Systems (IT) and database knowledge a must.

Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $42,661.58 and $75,065.24. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
