Bilingual Manufacturing Engineer Job in Boca Raton, FL:

Contract Pay Rate Range: $70-100.00 per hour

This role works collaboratively with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to optimize product cost, improve time to market, and develop efficient, scalable manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Manufacturing Engineer Job in Boca Raton, FL:
  • Support new product introduction from concept through full-scale production
  • Interpret engineering designs and influence manufacturing processes with cost-effective materials and efficient methods.
  • Develop and maintain Bills of Materials, assembly drawings, and process instructions for manufacturing.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives using LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Identify and implement process automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement to optimize product cost and accelerate time to market.
  • Communicate effectively across teams and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications of the Bilingual Manufacturing Engineer Job in Boca Raton, FL:
  • 5-10 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of structural materials and related manufacturing processes.
