The Video Producer is a key storytelling partner for the Innova brand, responsible for capturing and crafting compelling disc golf content across our biggest media channels. Primary deliverables include long-form content for YouTube and Disc Golf Network (DGN) broadcast, connected TV (CTV) advertisements, and short-form cuts for social media platforms. The ideal candidate is an experienced field and studio producer with strong post-production skills, a keen editorial eye, and the ability to bring disc golf culture to life on screen. The Video Producer reports directly to the Marketing Director for all projects.

LOCATION

Standard working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Pacific (Los Angeles) time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility required during active shoot periods and live event coverage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, shoot, and direct disc golf video content including player interviews, tournament action, course features, and brand storytelling

  • Produce and deliver long-form video for the Innova YouTube channel as the primary platform

  • Produce broadcast-quality content for Disc Golf Network (DGN) TV, including live event support and programming segments

  • Conceive and produce connected TV (CTV) and pre-roll advertisements that align with Innova's campaign strategy

  • Create short-form edits optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts from primary shoot assets

  • Design and integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, transitions, and animated brand elements into finished pieces

  • Manage the full production lifecycle: pre-production planning, on-location shooting, and post-production delivery

  • Coordinate shoot logistics with athletes, influencers, event organizers, and the internal marketing team

  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all video outputs

  • Manage and organize media assets, project files, and an archive of finished deliverables

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaign calendars and product launches

  • Expert-level editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects proficiency required for motion graphics (our team uses Adobe Suite)

  • Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio for field production

  • Experience producing content for broadcast or connected TV (CTV) platforms

  • Proven ability to produce short-form social content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) from long-form source material

  • Strong motion graphics and title design skills; ability to animate to brand standards

  • Experience working independently and managing multiple projects in a remote environment

  • Knowledge of disc golf or action/outdoor sports is a significant plus
