Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience designing and developing technical designs in Salesforce for large platforms.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Health Cloud as a developer is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working with Lightning Framework (LWC components) in Service Cloud/Health Cloud.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience building OmniStudio Solutions.
  • Experience applying best practices in both declarative, programmatic approach and Processes, owning end to end technical solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, able to identify issues, and consistently collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Background and deep experience with Salesforce are mandatory.
  • PDII certification is preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops Health Cloud software solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Flows and OmniStudio along with REST/SOAP based integrations.
  • Build Salesforce Health Cloud for patient services from scratch using both standard declarative and programmatic solutions.
  • Build complex screened, declarative flows in conjunction to apex.
  • Build LWC to work with screen flows and Omni-cards.
  • Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements.
  • Champion, own your technical designs and code/components for reviews.
  • Configure application related Schema, Security, UI and backend automation, acceptance roles and access controls.
  • Integrate HC application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs.
  • Provide input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user requirements, manuals.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CICD) processes is a plus.
  • Experience leading CI/CD strategy end to end using any DevOps tools like Flosum, Copado, DevOps Center/git, Jenkins is a plus.
  • Salesforce Health Cloud Super badge completion or certification is a plus.
  • Relevant Healthcare/Life sciences experience is a plus.

  • General software skills: MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio.
  • Technical/Software Skills: Apex, Triggers, Classes, JavaScript, LWC, Flows, OmniStudio, AJAX, jQuery, SOQL, SOSL, Cloud Technologies, CI/CD tooling, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
  • Salesforce PDII certification preferred.
  • ServiceNow System Admin certification preferred.
  • Certified implementation specialist in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or any other module preferred.
