ASRC Agile Decision Sciences LLC is currently seeking qualified candidates with at least an active Secret clearance to support our Army G-1 mission under the CECOM SEC SETA program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
ASRC is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Software Developer position to support our customer at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

The Software Developer will lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of advanced Appian-based solutions in support of the DAMIS program. This position provides technical leadership and ensures the delivery of secure, scalable applications that enhance Army G-1 readiness and compliance objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement advanced Appian applications and integrations in support of DAMIS requirements.
  • Lead code reviews and enforce Appian coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across Appian and integrated Army systems.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate Appian developers.
  • Support integration, deployment, and sustainment of Appian solutions across Army enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with Army G-1 stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, automated Appian workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.
  •  2 - 7 years of professional software development experience with Appian.
  • Proven ability to design and deploy complex Appian applications in production environments.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience developing solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Army.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Security+ or related DoD 8570 certification.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.

  • Active DoD SECRET
