  • This consultant will deliver analytical support for direct mail acquisition campaigns and ad-hoc digital marketing initiatives, partnering with strategy, finance, and data teams to drive performance reporting, forecasting, and campaign execution for the client.
Job Summary
  • Build and maintain direct mail performance reporting by market, segment, and test cell, including weekly readouts, in-flight diagnostics, and variance analysis
  • Support response, conversion, revenue, and ROI forecasting in partnership with strategy and finance stakeholders on volume planning and budget allocation
  • Manage the analytics workflow from targeting logic and segmentation through mail file creation, including record-selection configuration and audience validation
  • Design statistically valid experiments (A/B, multivariate) with appropriate sample sizes, unbiased test/control structures, and defined KPIs, and deliver post-test analyses
  • Ensure data accuracy across digital analytics platforms, troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, and conduct cohort, segmentation, and attribution analyses
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker (or comparable BI tool) to track campaign performance, experiment results, and business outcomes
  • Provide rapid analytical support for last-minute targeting refinements, business rule updates, and ad-hoc requests across direct mail and digital programs
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5 years of marketing analytics experience with a demonstrated background in direct mail or acquisition campaign analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex reporting and modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL, with preference for Snowflake as the data platform
  • Experience with data visualization tools, with Looker strongly preferred (Power BI or Tableau considered)
  • Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics including CLTV, CAC, ROI, incrementality lift, and attribution methodologies
  • High attention to detail with a rigorous QA mindset and strong commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
