Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee signage projects from concept through final installation. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across teams, and can confidently manage multiple moving parts while maintaining strong client relationships. This role works closely with internal departments, vendors, contractors, and clients to keep projects progressing smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously from design, fabrication, and production through installation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including design, production, fabrication, and installation teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and contractors throughout project execution.
  • Ensure drawings, approvals, change orders, permits, and project documentation are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays, risks, or resource challenges.
  • Maintain organized project records and update internal systems with accurate status reporting.
  • Assist with logistics coordination including fabrication schedules, shipping, and field installation planning.
  • Lead project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
  • Review and manage project-related contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications
