Job description

If you’re someone who likes steady, hands-on work and takes pride in getting it right every time—this is a role where that matters.

At Foamcraft, we make real products used every day. This role is about consistency, focus, and quality—doing the same process well, over and over, and being part of a team that depends on it.

What you’ll do

  • Operate industrial sewing machines to produce consistent, high-quality products
  • Perform repetitive sewing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Stay focused and maintain a steady pace throughout your shift
  • Keep your area organized and production-ready
  • Support other areas of the plant when needed—we win as a team
  • Work safely and take care of the equipment you use

What makes someone successful here

  • You like routine and repetition—and take pride in doing it well
  • You can stay focused on the same task for long periods of time
  • You care about quality and getting the details right
  • You show up dependable and ready to contribute
  • You work well as part of a team

Experience

  • Sewing or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
  • If you’ve done repetitive, hands-on work before (assembly, production, machine operation), you’ll likely be a strong fit

What to expect

  • Hands-on, fast-moving work
  • Lifting and moving materials (up to ~50 lbs at times)
  • A team environment where people depend on each other

Why Foamcraft

  • Stability – We’ve been here for decades, and we’re not going anywhere
  • No Sundays – Never have, never will
  • Growth – Many of our leaders started on the floor
  • Air Conditioning – Every building
  • Team – People who care about doing good work together

If you’re someone who likes to stay busy, take pride in your work, and be part of a team that gets things done—we’d love to meet you.
