SUVI Global Services is looking for a Voice/Video Engineer (TS) to support IT across all DoD OIG networks. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! Responsibilities * Manage classified video conferencing infrastructure, including VTC systems, streaming platforms, and AV equipment. * Ensure high availability and quality of service for meetings, events, and secure communications. * Support integration with collaboration tools and provide user training as needed. Qualifications * Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience. * Minimum 4-6 years in an IT related field.
* Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
* Demonstrate strong technical proficiency with Cisco voice and network technologies.
* Hands-on experience configuring and managing Cisco switches, routers, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and VoIP gateways.
* Ability to apply and manage QoS policies within Cisco environments.
* Experience administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), including call routing, user provisioning, and feature configuration.
* Familiarity with SIP trunking, endpoint security, and patch management within a DoD-aligned security framework.
