Job description

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in physical security, security technology, or infrastructure project management.

• Demonstrated experience managing multi site or regional security technology projects.

• Working experience with enterprise security platforms (C-Cure, Avigilon, intrusion detection) and systems integration concepts are required.

• Project management experience using structured methodologies, scheduling tools, and reporting frameworks. (PSP, PMM, Agile) Skills • Strong project and program management capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross functional coordination skills.

• Budget tracking, schedule management, and risk mitigation.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and sustainability.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and security project documentation tools
