Hybrid/onsite Tue, Wed, Thu W2 contract role 12 Months then eligible for Contract renewal Job Summary Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Project Management Office (PMO) in delivering enterprise technology and capital projects across the organization. This role will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives. Candidates with IBM Maximo experience supporting enterprise asset management, utility operations, work management, or capital project environments are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise technology and capital projects from initiation through deployment and transition to support. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and status reporting. Drive project execution through daily management, project team meetings, stakeholder reviews, and governance processes.

Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners. Manage project scope, issues, risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring timely resolution. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance requirements, and technology standards.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, procurement activities, and third-party deliverables. Track project financials, forecasts, funding, and budget performance. Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Produce and maintain project updates, executive status reports, schedules, metrics, and implementation documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline. PMP Certification required.

5+ years of project management experience supporting enterprise technology and/or capital projects. Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives. Experience managing multiple vendors, contracts, and third-party service providers.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and procurement activities. Experience with infrastructure, software implementation, system integration, or enterprise application projects.

Preferred Qualifications Utility industry experience. Experience supporting electric, gas, generation, distribution, transmission, or corporate utility operations. *Beware of scams.
