Job description

Experienced IT Project Manager

Person must readily understand service IDs vs shared user IDs and application-defined vs OS-level IDs. Needs to demonstrate ability to follow the intent of policies and standards that govern how IDs must be managed.

Expected to work independently to organize and lead effort involving 3 project resources to inventory and properly disposition service and shared user IDs for 11 SAP applications.

Will also direct efforts to establish integration between SAP application and CyberArk module intended for SAP application ID management.

Duties are to include but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinating with stakeholders (vendors, technical teams, and account owners) to align project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with IAM security standards and audit requirements.
  • Document requirements for SAP-CyberArk integration and direct testing to validate requirements are met.
  • Plan and coordinate account vaulting and password rotation migration to Truist approved tools.
  • Coordinating testing and validation of ID vaulting and password rotation processes.
  • Maintain a schedule of activities and key milestones.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate documentation of all processes for future reference.
  • Conduct post implementation reviews and ensure ongoing maintenance and improvement.
