RV Value Mart is a family owned RV Dealership focused on providing the best available products and Customer Service to its customer base. Requirements
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations of RVs to identify problems or maintenance needs.
  • Repair and replace electrical, plumbing, heating, and mechanical components in various RV systems.
  • Inspect and test RVs to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance on RVs, including oil changes, tire inspections, and brake checks.
  • Communicate clearly with Service Writers and customers to explain repair work and maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest RV technology and repair techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure efficient operations and quality repairs.
  • Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an RV Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of RV systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and chassis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and stoop for extended periods of time to access vehicle components.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, such as under RVs or inside tight compartments.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours or more) and walk throughout the workday.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work on elevated platforms or rooftops.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination necessary to handle hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and fine motor skills while handling small parts or tools.
  • Good vision and hearing are required for diagnosing problems, reading diagnostic tools, and ensuring quality control.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (sun, rain, wind, etc.).
  • Willingness to work in environments that may be noisy, dusty, or dirty, with appropriate protective equipment.
