As a Field Transport Technician, the ideal candidate must meet the following two requirements:

• Advanced skill level and experience with transporting and backing trailers. (CDL is not required)
• Experience or skill set with one or more of the following...Diesel Mechanic/Mechanically Inclined Individual, Welding Skills, Handy Man, Experience with RV plumbing and electrical systems, Event Industry experience, RV Technician.

The primary responsibility for the candidate during our peak rental months will be to deliver, set up, and pick up restroom trailers to/from customers’ designated locations in a safe and timely manner. Set up for the trailer includes leveling the trailer, connecting water, connecting electrical power, deploying steps, assembling railings and making certain all other aspects of trailer are in good working order for use at the site. Job duties outside of transporting trailers include general maintenance of trucks and trailers.

• • Employees are required to complete a one month training and evaluation period that will be paid $25/hr - $30.00/hr with a guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week.

• Opportunities
• • Operations Manager - As the business continues to grow, we are looking for candidates to serve as Operations Manager. This position would include managerial responsibilities such as supervision of other employees, creating maintenance schedules, site visits, etc. Ideally this position would be filled by someone within the company and would include a promotion in salary.

Qualifications

• Trustworthy: You will work independently most of the time, so we need someone who can be reliable and honest.
• Good communication, customer service, and judgment skills: You will represent our company to our customers and the public. You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, handle any issues or complaints with tact and diplomacy, and make sound decisions in difficult situations.
• Exceptional driving skills: You will drive a large truck with a trailer attached, so we need someone who can maneuver safely and confidently in various settings, such as driveways, alleyways, lots, and high traffic roadways, on and off road. You will also need to have a clean driving record and follow all applicable traffic and driving laws.
• Time management: You will have to deliver and pick up the trailers on time. Ideal candidate is able to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and plan time efficient routes to stay on schedule.
• Flexibility: Ability/willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays during our busy season when needed. Almost all work occurs outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A positive and professional manner while handling interruptions or changes to schedule to accommodate customer or company needs.
• Skilled/knowledgeable of a wide range of repair and maintenance work.
