Responsibilities:

  • Screen and identify patients with respiratory needs
  • Perform Respiratory assessments on patients with deficiencies of pulmonary function
  • Administer treatment interventions as per the plan of care
  • Plan, implement, and assess treatment plans for patients with respiratory illnesses/compromised respiratory function
  • Complete documentation as indicated, including patient assessments, care-plans, and daily notes

Qualifications:

  • Current state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in NY OR Current NY license as Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Respiratory Competency Training (can be provided upon hire)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
