CACI is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, and productive RF Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and engineering support to the NSWC Corona Telemetry Team out of St. Julien's Creek Annex, in Virginia.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain, fabricate and repair radio frequency (RF) electronic components and computer hardware
  • Install and remove telemetry systems onboard US Navy ships, Foreign Navy ships, and various installations throughout the world
  • Provide support to lead engineers and technicians during telemetry events
  • Assist in the collection, processing and archiving of telemetry data
  • Assist in the modernization, optimization, maintenance and design of telemetry systems
  • Fabricate a variety of cables, mounts, and equipment

Required Skills
  • 4 Years experience working with RF
  • Must have at a minimum a BS degree in an Engineering discipline or relevant experience
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication in English
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be willing to travel and ride ships underway
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
  • Must be willing to work on site in Little Creek, VA

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
