Learn more about our benefits. Key Responsibilities Booking: Can create Opportunity/Quote and book contract for all AGS Service product types with standard entitlements per applicable policies. Can support quote to booking for complex non-standard entitlement scenarios.

Can develop procedures for new non-standard scenarios. Billing: Supports billing for their booked contracts Audit: Understands CBC requirements and can execute compliant to audit SOW to Quote to Booked Contract requirements for their contracts. Comprehension of SOX requirements and can support walk through audits.

Able to identify non-compliant scenarios and coordinate with ORCA / Stakeholders to resolve. Contract Maintenance: Can execute standard amendments for their contracts. Can support development of processes to support compels non-standard entitlement amendment scenarios Idling: Supports Idling enablement and corresponding billing adjustments for their contracts.

Can support development of process to support complex non-standard Idling scenarios Forecasting: Supports forecasting/tool count process for their contracts Reporting: Can pull and understand reports needed to support Opportunity/Quote/Book Bill Activity for their contracts. Can analyze report data for basic business scenarios. Provide SME inputs for new reports/dashboards.

Projects: Provide input on new project requirements/BRD document creation. Support script writing, UAT, and assist in review of iQMS/training documents for accuracy. Functional Knowledge Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field Business Expertise Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services Leadership May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity Problem Solving Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions Impact Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies Interpersonal Skills Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view This position will have a lower % of time focused on Service Contract booking/billing/maintenance responsibility with a larger % of time spent on project activities; Providing PM support for business process and system CIPs including business requirement document development, meeting facilitation, action item capture and tracking, document creation and training.

What Success Looks Like Highquality, auditcompliant service contracts processed accurately and on time Strong partnerships with Sales and internal stakeholders Confident ownership of process or system improvement projects which have positive, measurable impacts to key RevOps Metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 7 - 10 years of experience in: Revenue Operations Deal Desk Contract Management Sales Operations Commercial or Financial Operations Project Management Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables Experience working in ERP and CRM systems (SAP strongly preferred) Ability to interpret contracts and understand basic legal and commercial terms Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and timemanagement skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills Experience supporting service contracts or recurring revenue models Knowledge of Tableau or reporting/analytics tools Experience in a global or matrixed organization PMP Certification or Green/Black Belt Certification Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: Yes The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
