Schedule: Flexible teaching opportunities Monday–Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Session length: Typically 30–40 minutes per small-group lesson (up to four students). Compensation: Up to $24/hour.

Grounded in the Science of Reading, the program partners with schools to accelerate student literacy development and provides tutors with a structured curriculum, coaching, and professional development. Key responsibilities:
- Deliver structured, engaging small-group reading lessons via Zoom for up to four elementary students, following provided step-by-step curriculum and lesson plans.
