Union Benefits Representative / Life Insurance Agent (Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Remote – Work From Home
Compensation: Commission Only + Weekly Bonuses
Expected Earnings: $5,000–$20,000+ per month (performance-based, uncapped)

What You’ll Do

  • Meet virtually with working families and union members
  • Explain benefit programs and help clients choose coverage that fits their needs
  • Conduct appointments over Zoom and phone
  • Follow up with provided leads
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and team development sessions
