• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and adjusting approaches as necessary based on client progress.
• Provide therapeutic counseling services in both individual and group settings, fostering a safe space for clients to share their experiences.
• Maintain meticulous client records and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field is required for this position.
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• At least three years of demonstrated experience in clinical mental health counseling.
