Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and supplier relationships. This role is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted flow of materials and finished goods while optimizing inventory levels, controlling costs, and supporting customer demand across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all supply chain activities, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory control, production planning, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain inventory strategies to support production requirements and customer demand.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and secure cost-effective transportation and freight services.
  • Oversee forecasting, material requirements planning (MRP), and inventory replenishment processes.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, customer service, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Analyze product costs, margins, and demand forecasts to support profitability and growth.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years of progressive supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or operations leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
