Position Wage: $23.40 - $26.91 (17% shift differential included).

Job Description:
The Order Entry/Contract
Review Technician is responsible for following schedules and
instructions to maintain a real time flow through the shipping and receiving
areas in the plant, verifying and documenting the condition of received
customer product, as well as rotating duties into order entry and contract
review to produce and review the work orders that drive product
realization.
Principle Duties amp;
Responsibilities:
Order Entry
- Process orders through Order Entry as
they are received in.
- Assist in resolving issues with orders
placed on hold, document findings and releasing orders to production.
- Communicate with customers in resolving
issues to release orders
- Document any customer issue utilizing the
customer concern link in Bluestreak
- Assist when required in finding
resolution to any concern or CAPA
- Assist when needed on the following
o
Verification
of incoming order per QOP-72-01
o
Scanning
of purchase orders to receiving folders
o
Part
picture identification and scanning to receiving folder
- Clean out individual folders on “O” drive
and at the beginning and end of shift.
- Monitor and maintain Order Entry Work
center in Bluestreak
- Assist Managers when required in
completing the following:
o
Editing
processes
o
Adding
media to processes
o
Adding
transfer steps and starting transfer operation in Bluestreak

Contract Review
- Verify the accuracy of work orders before
releasing the order to production.
o
All
purchase order information is accurately reflected on the work order per
Contract Review work instructions.
o
All
required media attachments are attached to the work order including:
§ Purchase order
§ Picture of parts
§ All documents associated with the
purchase order
o
All
specifications referenced on the purchase order are linked to the work order
o
All
orders must be contract reviewed within 30 minutes of receipt
o
All
orders failing verification are returned to order entry for correction
immediately after review
- Generate Work Orders and Customer Labels
- Generate hard copies of work orders
passing contract review for the 305 facility
- Generate customer labels for all orders
passing contract review
Cell Maintenance
- Maintain the accuracy of 301 and 305
Foreman Bluestreak cells
- Ensure all orders available are contract
reviewed or on hold by the end of each day
- Contact employee associated with orders
on hold longer than 48 hours
- Report all work order corrections to
order entry lead to track effectiveness of the
order entry process

Education: High school diploma or
equivalent preferred
Experience: Prior receiving amp; office
work considered a plus
