Job description

Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced developer to build a modern Showcase experience for the ResponsiveAds website.

This project is not intended to replace our existing Showcase product or creative management platform. Instead, it will serve as a marketing and sales tool that highlights selected campaigns, demonstrates ResponsiveAds capabilities, and helps visitors understand how our creative technology works across devices, formats, and channels.

The experience will combine:

  • Campaign discovery and filtering
  • Interactive ad previews
  • Responsive format demonstrations
  • Template-level benchmark analytics
  • Marketing-managed content and taxonomy
Key Objectives

Campaign Discovery

Create a modern browsing experience that allows visitors to:

  • Search campaigns
  • Filter by industry, format, template, product, channel, and category
  • Explore featured campaigns
  • Discover related examples
Campaign Detail Experience

Each showcase entry should include:

  • Campaign overview
  • Creative description
  • Products used
  • Formats supported
  • Categories and industries
  • Related campaigns
  • Benchmark performance metrics
Responsive Preview Experience

A key goal of this project is demonstrating how ResponsiveAds creatives adapt across devices andplacements.

Visitors should be able to explore:

  • Desktop
  • Tablet
  • Mobile
  • CTV

And understand how a single creative behaves across multiple formats and placements.

Live Preview Environment

The Showcase should include an in-page preview experience where visitors can see how ads behave within realistic webpage environments.

Examples include:

  • Top of page
  • Mid-page placements
  • Side rail placements
  • Responsive layouts
  • Device-specific experiences
Marketing Taxonomy

The new Showcase will maintain its own curated taxonomy.

The project should not rely on existing campaign naming conventions or classifications from our internal platform.

Instead, the system should support official ResponsiveAds categories such as:

  • Industries
  • Products
  • Formats
  • Templates
  • Channels
  • Use Cases

Marketing will manage these classifications directly.

Admin / Content Management Tool

A major requirement is a simple backend interface that allows non-technical team members to manageShowcase content without developer support.

The admin experience should allow users to:

  • Create and edit showcase entries
  • Add campaign descriptions and marketing copy
  • Select or connect creative previews
  • Assign categories and tags
  • Manage benchmark profiles
  • Upload thumbnails and imagery
  • Feature or unfeature campaigns
  • Publish and unpublish content
Data & Integrations

The Showcase may leverage selected assets and preview functionality from the existing ResponsiveAds platform.

However:

  • This is not a rebuild of the existing Showcase product.
  • The project should not expose the full ResponsiveAds creative library.
  • Marketing will curate and manage which campaigns appear.
  • Marketing-owned metadata should remain separate from platform data.

Requirements

Preferred Skills
  • React / Next.js
  • Modern CMS architecture
  • Content modeling and taxonomy design
  • Search and filtering systems
  • Responsive web applications
  • Experience embedding third-party content or iframe-based experiences
  • Strong UX implementation skills
  • Experience building galleries, resource centers, portfolios, marketplaces, or discovery experiences
Nice to Have
  • Experience with ad tech, martech, or digital advertising platforms
  • Experience with AWS Amplify
  • Experience working with AI-assisted development workflows
  • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools
Existing Assets

We already have:

  • An early proof-of-concept implementation
  • Existing design concepts and workflows
  • Existing creative preview functionality
  • Existing Showcase product for reference

The selected developer will help evaluate the current implementation and recommend the best path toward a production-ready experience.

Deliverables

Phase 1

  • Review existing implementation
  • Recommend architecture and CMS approach
  • Define content model and taxonomy structure

Phase 2

  • Build public Showcase experience
  • Implement filtering and discovery workflows
  • Build campaign detail pages
  • Implement responsive preview experiences

Phase 3

  • Build admin/content management interface
  • Content publishing workflows
  • Production deployment and documentation
To Apply

Please include:

  • Portfolio
  • Examples of similar work
  • Relevant CMS or content-driven projects
  • Experience with React/Next.js or equivalent frameworks
  • Availability
  • Estimated hourly rate or project estimate
