Our commercial spaces provide vibrant, collaborative environments for artists, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Manager to oversee operations, tenant relations, and property development projects across all three locations. The job will be performed mostly in-office and on location, with some hybrid/WFH flexibility.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead property leasing activities, marketing, and overall development initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant inquiries, building needs, and contractor communications.
  • Maintain Appfolio accounts, tenant billing, rental spreadsheets, and organized Dropbox records for all properties.
  • Oversee lease renewals, rent increases, and tenant occupancy to maintain 95%+ occupancy across properties.
  • Manage tenant accounts receivable, send past-due notices, track payment plans, and recommend next steps as needed.
  • Coordinate ordering and management of building/cleaning supplies, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Manage vendor contracts and relationships (trash, recycling, cleaning, etc.).
  • Ensure common areas are clean, organized, and maintained; oversee cleaning professionals and implement systems where needed.
  • Manage property social media accounts to promote spaces and support marketing.
  • Collaborate with finance to provide financial reporting and track expenses.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
  • Experience with property management software (Appfolio a plus).
  • Financial acumen and comfort with tracking expenses, A/R, and occupancy goals.
  • Project management experience preferred, particularly with overseeing contractors.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to maintaining a high standard of service and getting the job done.
  • Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
  • Must own reliable transportation.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Health benefits
  • 401(K) Plan with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays.
