Job Title: Quality Inspector (Contract – W2)

Location: North Charleston, SC (On-site)

Employment Type: Contract (W2, Non-Exempt / OT Eligible)

Industry: Automotive Manufacturing

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm)

Job Summary:

MS Companies is supporting a confidential automotive manufacturing client in South Carolina with the hiring of Quality Inspectors to support production and quality operations. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing materials, performing visual and measurement inspections, documenting quality results, and ensuring products meet established specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in Quality Inspection, Quality Control, or Manufacturing Inspection
  • Ability to use gauges, calipers, and other measuring devices
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance terminology and inspection procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to work in a production environment and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Automotive manufacturing quality experience
  • Prior incoming/outgoing inspection experience
  • Familiarity with defect tracking or quality metrics
  • Experience documenting inspections using Microsoft Office tools
