Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Azure Cloud, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions while working closely with engineering and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
  • Develop Agentic AI applications using A2A frameworks and MCP Protocol
  • Build and optimize RAG, vector embedding, prompt engineering, and context engineering solutions
  • Deploy and manage AI workloads on Azure Cloud
  • Develop cloud-native applications using Azure Functions and Container Apps
  • Design data solutions using Azure AI Search, Redis, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Iceberg
  • Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for enterprise use cases
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers
  • Support healthcare-focused AI solutions with compliance and security requirements
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with MCP Protocol and multi-agent architectures
  • Advanced Python development experience
  • Strong Azure Cloud experience
  • Experience with Azure AI Search, Redis, Cosmos DB, and cloud-native architectures
  • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and prompt engineering
