Job Overview

We are seeking a Test Engineer to lead advanced debug and validation efforts for Intel‑based server motherboards. This highly technical role calls for a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in hardware‑level diagnostics, as well as the vision to drive process improvement and test strategy innovation across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead root‑cause analysis and complex debug activities on Intel server motherboard platforms.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and validation scripts.
  • Collaborate with design, BIOS, firmware, and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and improve first‑pass yields.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance test efficiency and reliability through automation, tool development, or workflow optimization.
  • Mentor junior engineers and set quality standards in test methodology and execution.
Required Qualifications
  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in hardware validation, system‑level debug, or similar roles.
  • Strong expertise in Intel architecture, server platform features, and debug tools (e.g., ITP, JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing robust validation plans.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
