Job description

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative (FSR) to support a mission-critical U.S. Government customer leveraging advanced Palantir technologies. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Palantir platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to work directly with military and intelligence users in a fast-paced operational environment. This role requires a self-starter who can train users, support operational workflows, assist with dashboard creation, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a critical link between end users and Palantir engineering teams. Responsibilities • Build strong, proactive relationships with users at the customer site and identify use-case gaps. • Support users by creating initial dashboards and helping formulate operational and analytical questions. • Stay current on all platform updates, features, and capability releases. • Staff the Help Desk, resolve issues, and coordinate with Palantir engineering teams to address technical problems. • Provide detailed and timely feedback to engineering teams on product performance, user issues, and feature needs. • Consistently communicate system or operational issues to the Palantir team and customer leadership. • Support mission execution by enabling users to fuse intelligence sources and leverage platform tools effectively. Required Skills • U.S. Citizenship (required by U.S. Government contract). • TS/SCI eligibility (active TS/SCI preferred). • Prior experience working with Palantir platforms (Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.). • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment supporting high-tempo operations. • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically or internationally, as required. Desired Skills • Recent, hands-on experience with Palantir platforms. • Military, Special Operations, or Law Enforcement background. • Experience briefing senior military or government stakeholders. • Background fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations. • Technical foundation with working knowledge of: • HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java • Microsoft Excel • Hardware, networks, and basic server administration
