Must-Have Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6-8+ years of financial services experience, preferably supporting buy-side or investment management technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), including contract creation, negotiation, approval workflows, execution, renewals, and termination, along with legal terminology, contract metadata, and document repositories.
  • Experience with business analysis, Agile/SDLC, UAT, systems integration, data mapping, APIs, and intermediate PL/SQL and/or Python; strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with iCertis, DocuSign CLM, or Luminance, plus exposure to trading and investment management.
  • Experience applying Generative AI and AI-based software development lifecycle practices.
