Job Description We are seeking a QA Analyst II to join our team and ensure product quality through disciplined test execution and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automated testing, test planning, and quality metrics and a proven ability to own test execution, collaborate with engineering, and drive bug resolution. Responsibilities: Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases for new and existing features.

Reproduce, document, and triage defects; partner with engineering to drive resolution. Author and maintain clear test cases and comprehensive test plans. Support QA leads on test strategy and test plan creation.

Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress. Conduct product audits with QA lead guidance to improve test coverage. Conduct bug audits with QA lead guidance to identify product improvement areas.

Provide release readiness support for medium and small features. Lead test execution for small to medium-sized projects or features. Attend status meetings and represent QA in the absence of QA leads.

Work onsite as needed to collaborate with engineering and QA teams. Support stealth projects with diligent execution. Run and lead benchmarking, battery, and performance testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proven experience writing and executing test cases and test plans.

Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects. Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and SQL.

Preferred Skills: Experience with dashboarding tools and quality metrics. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in hybrid onsite settings. Why BCforward?
