The Servicing Transfer Analyst is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and validating mortgage loan servicing transfers between servicers, sub-servicers, and investors. This role ensures that all transfer activities comply with regulatory guidelines, investor requirements, and company standards, while minimizing borrower impact and ensuring data integrity.

Coordinate the onboarding or offboarding of mortgage loan portfolios. Review and reconcile loan-level data, documents, and servicing history between transferring and receiving parties. Serve as a point of contact between internal stakeholders, counterparties, and third-party vendors. Analyze loan data files (e.g., Loan Servicing Transfer files such as Loan Setup, Transaction History, ARM Data, etc.). Ensure accuracy and completeness of critical fields such as payment history, escrow balances, taxes, insurance, and investor codes. Identify and resolve discrepancies or data mismatches prior to and after transfer. Ensure servicing transfers adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., RESPA, CFPB) and investor guidelines (e.g., Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA). Prepare internal and external reports related to transfer status, performance metrics, and exception tracking. Maintain audit trails and documentation for all transfer activities. Work closely with IT, Compliance, Loan Administration, Escrow, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless transfer processes. Support borrower communication efforts related to servicing transfer notices and key servicing changes. Investigate and resolve post-transfer issues such as misapplied payments, missing documents, or escrow inaccuracies. Log and escalate recurring issues to improve process efficiency and prevent future errors.
