Job description

As a Control Account Manager (CAM) and Contract and Proposal Integrator (CPI), you will play a vital role in managing the financial, schedule and technical performance of a major program, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including program management, proposal, finance, and quality to drive program success and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on earned value management, you will analyze program performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective actions to ensure program goals are met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Earned Value Management: Oversee compliance and implementation of EVM principles, managing cost, schedule, and technical scope.
- Proposal estimating of Quality and Mission Success (Q&MS) scope of task
- Performance Analysis: Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis, work with Q&MS leadership to define root causes and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Leadership Reporting: Prepare comprehensive budget, performance, and staffing presentations and performance reports for leadership reviews
- Task Management: Establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production task schedules for the assigned build areas.
- Budget and Staffing Oversight: Manage overhead expenditures, develop staffing plans, and ensure budget alignment with organizational needs
- Schedule Optimization: Maintain SWBS Station Forecast - - Starts/Completes in SAP and IMS and mitigate schedule impacts through Critical Path analysis.
