Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C , Python).
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with hardware systems in a laboratory or industrial setting (e.g., robotics, motor controllers, etc.).
  • Experience with photography or imaging equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing tools and hardware infrastructure to support and advance efficiencies and offerings for the operations team to meet partner and customer needs.
  • Implement, test and launch internal tools for gTech Digitization Services.
  • Work within and improve internal databases, reports, and tools to support operations.
  • Analyze work processes to determine inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
  • Collaborate with a global team of Support Engineers, software developers and operations staff to support a wide range of projects, programs and technologies.
