Interview : Zoom (may ask for onsite), mostly 2 rounds
Must Have Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python
  • RASA experience - Plus
  • Google Agent Development Kit
  • Agent-to-Agent Protocol
  • JSON-RPC
  • Python with Java (huge plus)
  • Java Spring Boot (good to have)
Job Description:
  • Designs, develops, and deploys advanced conversational agents using RASA and other frameworks
  • Integrates multi-agent systems using protocols like Agent2Agent
  • Leverages Google ADK and Lang Chain / Lang Graph for scalable, modular agent development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end conversational experiences
  • Design NLU pipelines, dialogue management, and custom actions
  • Integrate RASA bots with external APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in multi-agent environments.
Additional Skills:
  • Looking for strong Python Engineer who has hands-on experience in RASA Conversational AI framework.
