What a day in the life of a Senior Data Analyst looks like:

  • Lead comprehensive data analysis initiatives, utilizing advanced techniques to interpret data sets and extract trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate data insights to stakeholders using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and refine the organization's data strategy. Recommend improvements to data collection, analysis, and utilization processes.
  • Work closely with teams across departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide relevant, timely analysis to guide decision-making.

  • We are a hybrid work environment, and expect our employees to work 3 days a week on-location at our Fort Washington, PA office
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, with a proven ability to drive actionable business insights.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with data warehousing technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex data sets and deliver high-quality analytical results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A meticulous approach to data analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
