The Opportunity
Join an Agile development team building cutting-edge software systems for Navy signals intelligence, radar, and communications prototypes. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will develop automated tests, work with CI/CD pipelines, support containerized applications, and collaborate closely with developers and system engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about test automation, modern development tools, and continuous integration.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Partner with developers, QA engineers, and customer stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
  • Translate customer and cross-functional requirements into end-to-end automated test solutions.
  • Work with DevSecOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
  • Support and maintain test environments, including containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Troubleshoot and analyze test failures; document results clearly and accurately.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements.
  • Integrate software products into multiple environments and support cross-team testing.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Proficiency in at least two languages (Java, C/C++, Python).

  • Interest or experience with RF systems or DSP concepts.
