Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Property Manager for a leading commercial real estate client in Milwaukee, WI. This individual will serve as the primary on-site leader for a high-profile commercial property anchored by a major corporate headquarters tenant. The ideal candidate will combine strong building operations expertise with exceptional tenant relationship management skills, ensuring a best-in-class experience for tenants while maintaining operational excellence across the property. This role will oversee facilities personnel, manage vendor partnerships, coordinate capital and maintenance projects, and provide operational insight into financial performance and budgeting. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who can work independently, build trust quickly, and create a high-touch, concierge-style environment for tenants while driving the overall success of the asset.


Day-to-Day:

• Serve as the primary onsite operational leader for a large commercial property in Milwaukee

• Supervise the Facilities Manager and oversee maintenance operations through the onsite facilities team

• Manage daily building operations, maintenance activities, and operational efficiency initiatives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and other key occupants

• Deliver a hospitality-focused tenant experience through responsive communication and issue resolution

• Coordinate vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and competitive bid processes

• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure the building is maintained to company standards

• Oversee capital improvements, maintenance projects, and tenant improvement initiatives

• Review financial performance, monitor operating expenses, and provide recommendations for capital investments

• Partner with accounting, asset management, and leadership teams on budget management and reporting

• Utilize Yardi and property management systems to support operational and financial activities

• Coordinate with the multifamily management team regarding shared building systems, maintenance, and life safety operations

• Evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement operational best practices

• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture

• Escalate and resolve tenant concerns quickly while maintaining strong customer relationships


Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of commercial property management experience

• Experience managing large commercial assets and complex tenant environments

• Experience leading maintenance, facilities, or property management teams

• Strong tenant relations and customer service background

• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and service providers

• Experience with budgets, financial reporting, and operational expense management

• Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited oversight

• Experience overseeing capital projects, maintenance initiatives, or tenant improvements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient with Yardi or similar property management software

• Proficient with Microsoft Suite

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
