Compensation: Base Pay ($15–$20/hr) + Commission + Inspection Bonuses

Position Overview

Storm Pros Corporation is seeking motivated, self-driven Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing storm restoration and roofing team. In this role, you will conduct direct door-to-door and business-to-business (B2B) outreach in storm-impacted areas, educating property owners on potential damage and setting up professional inspections for our Project Managers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct Outreach: Conduct residential door-to-door and commercial B2B outreach in active storm-affected neighborhoods.
  • Lead Generation: Educate homeowners and business owners on storm damage and guide them through the initial restoration process.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule property inspections for Storm Pros Corporation Project Managers and coordinate directly with our office staff.
  • Customer Support: Build trust with property owners while maintaining a high level of professionalism in the field.


Compensation & Earnings Breakdown

We offer a competitive compensation structure that combines hourly base pay with high-volume commission and appointment bonuses:

1. Hourly Base Pay

  • Active Field Hours: $20.00 / hour
  • Training Period: $15.00 / hour (Commencing upon arrival in work territory or neighborhood)

2. Inspection Bonuses

  • $75.00 for every scheduled inspection that is completed.
  • +$75.00 Bonus if the inspection converts into a signed contract.

3. Project Commissions Paid upon project completion for closed jobs:

  • 3% Commission for jobs 35 squares or smaller.
  • 5% Commission for jobs 36 squares or larger. (Commission percentages may adjust based on total project profitability, size, and individual consistency).

4. Travel Perks & Tax Benefits

  • Statutory Employee Status: Storm Pros Corporation handles Social Security, Medicare, and FUTA withholdings, allowing you to report earnings and business expenses on Schedule C.
  • Travel Coverage: Lodging, meals, and gas assistance are provided for travel exceeding 1 hour or during travel out of state (e.g., St. Louis trips).


Work Schedule & Hours

You control your schedule. However, to maximize your earning potential, we recommend working during Prime Sales Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Daily field hours capped at 8 hours per day).
