Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Active WV PT license or compact license accepted
  • Home health experience
  • OASIS experience
  • HCHB experience
  • Exercise programming experience
  • Rehab experience
Assignment Details
  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • No weekends or on call
  • Coverage area includes Pocahontas County
