Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • DPT
  • Efficiency with HCHB electronic charting system
  • Knowledge of disease processes and patient education


Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Coverage area includes Clay, Cleburne, Randolph, and Tallapoosa counties
  • Productivity requirement: 30 points
