Position Overview

OWT Global LLC is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to provide full lifecycle contract administration support for the Blue List Program. This role ensures contractual compliance, timely execution of modifications, and seamless coordination between the Government and the contractor team. Positions are contingent upon award of contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare solicitation packages, evaluate proposals, draft contract modifications, and track contract status, deliverables, and performance.
  • Coordinate acquisition-related activities with Government contract specialists, technical personnel, legal counsel, financial management personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain familiarity with federal acquisition regulations and processes applicable to the execution of procurement actions.
  • Track deliverables, performance metrics, and contract compliance.
  • Support the preparation, review, submission, and resolution of all contract documentation and ensure Government-required corrective actions are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate Contractor staffing activities, including onboarding and offboarding personnel, notification of key personnel changes, and management of staffing variances.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field (Masterโ€™s preferred).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in contract administration or acquisition support.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition processes.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing solicitation packages and tracking contract performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Clearance & Citizenship
  • Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizen.
