Job description

Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support via direct communication with sales and program management
-Provide all internal and external support for manufacturing
-Assist in resolving manufacturing issues as required
-Review and approve product documentation
-Prepare process documentation such as routers, work/process instructions
-Train manufacturing personnel as required for any outlined processes
-Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of revision controlled documents
-Comprehensive knowledge of BOM structure and change control processes
-Review and approve Engineering Change Orders applicable to product line responsibilities
-Develop new processes for high efficiency and cost effectiveness
-Prioritize and develop projects based on critical needs
-Develop projects within allotted timelines and budget
-Assist in internal audit program for AS9100/ISO9001
-Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Degree in Electronic Engineering
-Minimum of 3 years experience in process engineering for electronics company
-Experiences in Harness/Cable Manufufacturing and Assemblies
-Certifications such as IPC-610/J-STD-001 qualification preferred
-Solid understanding of AS/ISO preferred
-Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within strict deadlines is essential
-Preferred - Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish)


Ability to travel on a regular basis within and outside of the country
