Contract Analyst | Tulsa, OK

Are you a data-driven professional with experience in healthcare contracting, reimbursement, and financial analysis? We are seeking a Contract Analyst to support contract negotiations, reimbursement modeling, and contract performance monitoring. This role plays a critical part in maximizing revenue opportunities, analyzing payer agreements, and providing strategic insights that support organizational decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, healthcare reimbursement knowledge, and the ability to translate complex contract language into actionable business insights. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with leadership, finance, operations, and technical teams to support contract strategy and financial performance.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Three (3) to four (4) years of healthcare contracting, reimbursement, financial analysis, or related experience.
  • Experience with health plan insurance contracting and provider/facility reimbursement methodologies.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification in assigned application modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and financial information.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel and other reporting and analytical tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
