Under the supervision of the Manager, Business Solutions, the Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role by providing essential analytical support to the supply chain and distribution team.


The Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming operational data into actionable reports, enabling the team to make informed and strategic decisions.


The Analyst works closely with various departments to ensure data consistency and reliability, while developing key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires strong expertise in advanced analytical tools across diverse data sources and formats, as well as the ability to clearly and effectively present results to stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Perform and deliver, as needed, analyses related to supply chain processes
  • Collect and consolidate data
  • Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to appropriate stakeholders according to established timelines
  • Collaborate with internal partners to understand and define the drivers required to produce comprehensive and relevant analyses
  • Perform data entry and maintenance
  • Support supply chain and distribution teams with ad hoc tasks
  • Update and maintain existing Power BI reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingualism (French/English)
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, SQL, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Power BI (development and report creation)
