Data Platforms: Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake

We are looking for a Team Lead BI Consultant whose key role is to help our clients make smarter, faster decisions by delivering tailored Business Intelligence solutions. From transforming raw data into meaningful models to crafting intuitive and impactful dashboards, you will guide stakeholders toward insights that truly matter. You will help turn business challenges into clear, easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.

In addition, you will take ownership of delivery within project streams, supporting and mentoring other consultants, ensuring quality of BI solutions, and contributing to technical direction and best practices across the team.

This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys collaborating with clients, and is ready to take on broader responsibility—both in guiding stakeholders and in developing others—while growing into a trusted advisor and future team leader in the BI space.

What you'll do

• Delivering end-to-end BI solutions, from data acquisition to impactful dashboards.

• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, uncover business value, and translate insights into action.

• Acting as a BI advisor, recommending improvements and shaping strategic decisions.

• Supporting technical pre-sales by preparing demos, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and effort estimates.

• Taking ownership of solution quality, usability, and long-term impact.

• Continuously optimizing data models and reports to maximize business outcomes and client satisfaction.

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience delivering BI solutions, including hands-on Power BI development, with additional responsibility for guiding delivery work within a team or project stream.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques, combined with ability to review solutions, define standards, and support less experienced team members in adopting best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure-based projects, including Fabric, DataBricks, and Azure Data Factory, with exposure to coordinating implementation across developers and ensuring architectural consistency.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources, including SQL and Azure cloud platforms, with added responsibility for overseeing data integration approaches and ensuring alignment with overall BI architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions, including facilitating discussions with stakeholders and supporting prioritization of requirements within the team.
• Proficiency in English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD processes for BI Solutions,DevOps oriented mindset
• Experience in leading technical teams,ability to work in a team and mentor less experienced members of the team
• AI interests in general
