We are seeking dependable and customer-focused Medical Support Assistants (MSAs) to support a federal government healthcare contract in the Bethesda, MD area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line customer service to patients, visitors, and clinical staff
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in electronic systems
  • Perform patient registration, admissions, and check-in/check-out
